World#
- Weather now comes in from the sea. Fronts form west of Fallhaven and roll east across the land, the same for everyone. Watch a storm build offshore, then cross from Fallhaven to Alderwic in about half an hour, weaker by then
- Fallhaven gets the most storms but clears fast behind them. The Great Swamp never clears and brews its own showers
- Lightning, fog, rain and cloud shadows follow where the weather really is. Ground stays wet where it rained, then dries
- Hover the clock for a 5-minute forecast where you stand
- Days split 8 min dawn, 36 day, 8 dusk, 18 night (was 4/44/4/18). Golden hour lasts longer with longer shadows and warm light under the clouds
- Sharp shadows near you on Low and up: hands, blades, fences and leaves keep their shape
- Long walks around cliffs no longer stop on the wrong side (Crystal Mine from the north)
Chat#
- React to World, Party, Clan and Say lines: right-click > React, or the + on hover. One reaction each, swap any time, for 10 minutes. Up to three show on the line
- World, Party and Clan reactions come back with chat history
- Emoji button on the chat input. Chat emojis are bigger
- Chat history keeps staff badges and clan tags
Spellbook#
- Home Teleport is quicker: 1.8 s to leave (was 3 s), 1.2 s to arrive (was 3 s). Move while leaving to cancel, with cooldown and MP refunded
- New Home Teleport effect: an inked sigil, a column of light and a beam on landing
Characters#
- The creator offers clothing only. Armour-style heads, bodies and limbs are gone; armour comes from gear
- Saved looks with armour pieces switch to plain ones on next login
- Randomise matches left and right limbs
Interface#
- Holding Left Alt now outlines everything nearby too, not just names. Hostile NPCs outline red, trees only their trunk
- Minimap zooms in further
- Bank Deposit inventory and Deposit worn are icon buttons
Connection#
- Short drops show a small "Connection unstable..." line and keep the world on screen instead of the full reconnect screen
- Real reconnects show "attempt N of 8" and no longer hang forever
- Brief Wi-Fi drops recover faster
Music#
- Bully in the Alley joins Fallhaven's songs
